Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals (Sidpec) said that coupon No. 12 will be paid at EGP 2 per share, and shareholders of record till close of trading May 7, 2014 are entitled to the dividend distribution.

The dividend will be distributed in two installment; EGP1 as of May 12, and EGP1 as of November 13, 2014.

The company’s FY13 net profit jumped 49.3% to EGP 1.3 billion compared to EGP 870 million in FY12, as earning per share rose to EGP 2.21 from EGP 1.48.
