The securities listing committee of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) approved on April 27, the listing of shares of increasing issued capital of Amer Group Holding to EGP 547,145,357.28 from EGP 364,763,571.48.
The EGP 182,381,785.80 increase is divided into 1,519,848,215 shares at EGP 0.12 par value each (fully paid). It was financed fully from FY12 retained earnings reflected on financial statements on December 31, 2013.
Shareholders of record till the close of trading on May 12, 2014 will be entitled to the 0. 5000000002-for-1 bonus share distribution.
The company’s post-increase shares will be added to EGX database as of the start of trading on May 13, 2014, with no price limits.
