The board of Emirates Telecommunications Corporation (Etisalat) recommended paying cash dividend at AED 0.35 a share for H2-13. FY13 cash dividend totaled AED 0.70 a share. The dividend will be paid as of April 13 to shareholders of record on Dec. , 2013. The board stated that the annual general meeting will be held on March 26, 2014.
