The ordinary general meeting of Umm Al Qaiwain Cement Industries Co. approved on Saturday, March 29, 2014, financial statements for FY13. Shareholders also gave a nod to paying cash dividend at 7% of capital of 7 fils a share.

FY13 financial statements reflected net earnings of AED 24.51 million, increasing 148.3%, compared to AED 9.87 million in FY12.
