Dubai Refreshments held an ordinary general meeting today, which approved withholding dividend for FY13. Shareholders discussed financial statements as well as profit /loss statements. FY13 financial statements reflected net earnings of AED 545.4 thousand, compared to AED 767.4 thousand in the year earlier.
