Dubai Islamic Insurance & ReinsuranceCompany (AMAN) held an ordinary general meeting on April 21, 2014, which approved the board’s report on business activities and financial position for FY13. Shareholders also approved balance sheet, as well as profit/loss statement.

  The chairman expressed the company’s keenness on recording positive results in FY14, in the wake of the company’s restructuring, through improving performance.
