Estidama Pearl Villa Rating System (PVRS) awarded Aldar Properties national housing projects - Al Sila’a and Al Raha national housing two Pearl Construction rating, according to Trade Arabia.

Fahad Al Ketbi, the COO at Aldar Properties said: "This important rating demonstrates our ongoing commitment to the sustainable development of Abu Dhabi, and the rapid progress of its real estate sector. It also fits with our strategy to create quality living places while enhancing the lifestyle of UAE nationals."
