Emaar Properties has awarded a contract to the Lebanese Arabian Construction Company (ACC) to build Address Residence Sky View Towers as part of its Downtown Dubai project.

The twin towers will include a hotel and 532 residential units and apartments, reported MEED magazine, adding that each tower will be more than 230 metres tall and will be directly connected to the Dubai Metro and Dubai Mall.

Canadian Company Brookfield Multiplex will carry out contractor and infrastructure works for the project.

This project is considered the second largest contract Emaar Properties awards ACC this year. Emaar Properties had selected ACC in March to execute an AED three billion contract to establish Fountain Views.
