Fatima AbdulAllah Rahma Al Oweis Al Shamsy, a shareholder in Eshraq Real Estate Company, has raised her stake in the said Company by 1.05% during Wednesday July 16th trades, thus raising her total stake from 6.49% to 7.54% through two transactions and following successive purchases in June.

Accordingly, Al Shamsy is now one of the top three shareholders in Eshraq.

It is worth noting that Eshraq is currently considering listing its stocks in the Saudi Stock Exchange, following a request by the Saudi Capital Market Authority.
