In a statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), Insurance House (IH) announced achieving a net profit of AED 4.21 million during the first half of 2014. IH also revealed that its insurance premiums surged by 39% from AED 42 million in H1-13 to AED 58 million in H1-14.

Net profit from insurance after the deduction of operational costs reached AED 3.61 million during the first half of 2014 due to an increase in payments demanded by the health and vehicle insurance portfolios.
