In its statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), Abu Dhabi Ship Building Company (ADSB) announced its financial results for the first six months of 2014, during which it achieved a loss of AED 10.8 million compared to a profit of AED 18.5 million during the same period in 2013.

Data also showed a loss of AED 4.7 million during the second quarter compared to AED 638,000 during Q2-13.

Basic earnings per share registered a decline by 5.38 fils compared to a profit of 7.9 fils during the same period in 2013.
