Real estate firm Tiger Group announced launching its new residential project “Al Manara Tower”, located in the Jumeirah Village area. The project is estimated at more than AED 200 million worth of investment.
As part of its scheme to keep up with the constant development seen in the emirate of Dubai, which will host the Expo 2020, Tiger Group also announced plans to hire the first main contractor for Al Manara Tower as well as commence construction works in the project. The level of execution has so far reached 20%.
The project, which includes 300 residential units is expected to be completed within 24 months. The units vary between studios, one and two-bedroom units, commercial shops, as well as service utilities including a spa, gym, pools, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room consistent with international standards and approved local specifications.
