In its statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), Abu Dhabi National Energy Company “TAQA” announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 12, 2014 at 11 am to review and approve the Company’s financial results for the period ending June 30, 2014.

TAQA will release its financial results on Wednesday, August 13 before ADX opens, the statement added.
