In its announcement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), Oman and Emirates Investment Holding Company (OEIHC) stated that its Board of Directors had convened on Thursday, August 7, 2014, for the Board’s fifth meeting in 2014, during which it approved the Company’s financial statements for the first half of 2014.

The Group reported a net profit surge to OMR 1.574 million during H1-14, compared to OMR 981.362 THD in H1-13.
