Azizi Developments has launched an AED 135 million ($36.7 million) residential project in Al Furjan, Dubai, reported Construction Week Online, adding that Azizi.Iris Residence consists of 99 units.
Asteco Company will handle the development, while S.S.LUTA will act as the official construction company.
Azizi CEO Mohsen Kamel said “The announcing of Azizi.Iris Residence is another milestone achieved by the Azizi Developments to benefit one of the most important segments of society, the mid income families. Each single unit in Azizi.Iris Residence is a great opportunity for institutional investors as well as individuals with the aim of a long-term investment.”
It is worth noting that construction work has begun and is scheduled to be completed in December 2015.
