Damac Properties, a Dubai-based real estate developer, announced that the first release of homes at its newest development in Dubai was sold out in record time, according to Arabian Business.
The leading developer said all sales centers in Dubai dedicated to the project witnessed "huge numbers of clients and investors interested in various types of houses within the project".
Five bedroom homes which were available for AED 2.5 million were first to sell out but did not say how many homes were sold in total, the company said, adding that the second release of its Akoya Oxygen sales will be unveiled in due course.
