Leading Middle East real estate development company Omniyat Properties has announced signing a strategic partnership with Drake and Scull International (DSI), the regional leader in designing, engineering and construction systems, to develop and upgrade a distinguished residential tower at the entrance of the Palm Jumeirah Island.

The project named One at Palm will make its debut during the City Scape Global Exhibition 2014, DSI said in its statement to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), adding that it will be jointly managed by Omniyat. The enabling works are due to commence within the coming two months, it added.
