The Kuwaiti Sinan Real Estate Company announced the signing of an exclusive pact with the Dubai based Al Ruwad Real Estate Consultants, under which the latter has full right to sell the company’s real estate project being developed in Istanbul, the Turkish capital. The Bahia and Barwa projects which include residential apartments and villas are developed by Sinan and are available for GCC citizens only.
Abdullah al Rashdan, General Manager of Sinan said that “under this exclusive agreement, Al Ruwad Real Estate Consultants shall embark on marketing, promoting and selling the real estate units developed by Sinan”, noting that the agreement provides the opportunity for Sinan Real Estate company to sell its real estate project through Al Ruwad’s wide network of potential buyers in the GCC countries.
Al Rashdan also said, "The signing of this agreement with Al Ruwad which enjoys high credibility and outstanding experience in the area of marketing helps boost the sales volume in the company’s real estate projects."
He also said, “Sinan Real Estate is pleased to establish a partnership with a real estate brokerage, like Al Ruwad which enjoys regional recognition and successful record with clients from different GCC States, and through concerted efforts, we both will develop unique and effective business strategy in the region’s real estate markets".
For his part, Ismail Al Hammadi, Managing Director, Al Ruwad Real Estate Consultants said that signing an exclusive agreement with Sinan- a leading real estate company, particularly in developing summer houses reflects the confidence of the company and its General Manager in the capabilities of Al Ruwad and its staff, not only in marketing and sales capabilities, but also in all real estate related aspects, including the knowledge-based ability to find prime locations for hotels, hospitals, malls, medical centers, educational, industrial and commercial projects in Dubai."
With a breathtaking green surrounding, overlooking a natural lake, the project offers four and two bed room villas in addition to maid rooms, 2 and 4 bathrooms, kitchens, balconies and a private garden.
Al Rashdan stated that the projects are expected to be completed and delivered in March and April, 2015 and that 50% of the project has been sold out.
