Emaar Properties has announced selling all of its units for the first phase of its new project BLVD Heights in Downtown Dubai. The new project comprises two residential towers with a joint podium or platform and boasts 280 luxurious residential apartments consisting of one, two or three rooms.

Prices for the Emaar’s new units begin at AED 2200 per sq. ft.

Emaar Properties is offering long-term investors and end-users an opportunity to register in ‘Emaar Preferred Access Programme’. This opportunity gives investors, who make a downpayment of 30% of the total value of the property and maintain ownership until hand-over is completed, precedence in selecting the homes they would like to own. This new customer-oriented service is subject to terms and conditions.
