Aster DM Healthcare has announced plans to offer its shares in an initial public offering (IPO) on Nasdaq Dubai, the London Stock Exchange (LSE), or on the National Stock Exchange of India in the coming period.
The Group’s investments in the UAE in the coming three years are expected to reach AED 435 million, said Aster Board chairman and CEO Azad Moopen in a statement to Al Bayan newspaper, indicating that Dubai is considered the best platform in terms of investment revenue and economic return in the healthcare sector in the Middle East.
Around 60-70% of the Group’s revenue comes from Dubai alone, he added.
