Arabtec Holding ended Monday on a high note, closing at 3.7% after news during the second half of the session that Arabtec’s former CEO Hasan Ismaik will sell half his stake to Aabar Investment Fund

Leading shares in terms of trade value and volume, Arabtec’s share closed at AED 4.77 as turnover reached AED 920.561 million as 193.5 million stocks were traded through 3742 transactions.

Dubai’s real estate sector rose by 0.54% supported by three major gains, whereas Emaar Properties ended in the red on the second day of its Emaar Malls Group subscription.
