Since Ajman Bank was launched, it has been extremely profound in providing its customers with a high level service standard whereas customers’ satisfaction has been always the bank’s top priority, therefore, receiving the ISO 9001 Certification for its Central Operations acts as a true reflection of the Bank’s aim to serve its customers undergoing the best processes with international standards.
Mohamed Abdul Rahman, Ajman Bank’s CEO commented on receiving the ISO Certifications saying: “We are extremely proud to have received the ISO Certification on our Central Operations which will result in improved daily processes that will help serving our customers with better turn-around time; in addition, one of our top priorities will be to maintain a superior operational infrastructure”. He also added: “Receiving the ISO Certification for our central operations puts trust in our valued customers towards Ajman Bank that we aim to maintain and improve over time.”
Furthermore, Hisham Hammoud, Ajman Bank’s COO said: “Receiving the ISO Certification journey involved in identification and accurate preparation of work procedures, mapping end-to-end process manuals and conducting multiple levels of auditing by internal as well as external experts. Our main aim was to take our services to a higher level standard by serving our customers in the best way possible that is hassle free as we fully understand the high quality of service the customers expect to receive and have implemented a procedure to meet and exceed their expectations.”
The ISO Certification has been presented to Ajman Bank by TUV Rheinland’s General Manager Mr. Fares Naouri. Mr. Naouri has presented the Award to Ajman Bank’s CEO Mr. Mohamed Amiri where he expressed his appreciation to the members of Ajman Bank as well as TUV Rheinland for achieving this additional milestone.
