El Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme general manager engineer Jamila Al Fandi Al Shamsi revealed that the Programme has received a plot of land in Al Quoz Complex in coordination with the Dubai Municipality.
Construction works for the complex will commence during the first quarter of 2015 in accordance with the Programme’s scheme, Al Shamsi highlighted, adding that the Programme will also work on establishing a second residential complex in Dubai’s Al Khawaneej region.
The Al Qouz project includes 159 residential units, involving all aspects of sustainability. The Programme is currently working on preparing the project award to give to a consultancy firm to set the complex’s technical specifications as well as to supervise the awarding of the project to a contractor.
