Nakheel Properties has responded to the growing demand by investors and beneficiaries to rent their residential units in its new project in Nad Al Sheba. Nakheel increased the number of its units from 1000 to 1500 luxurious villas, thus raising the total investment cost to more than AED 3.5 billion, Al Khaleej newspaper reported.
The project will comprise 1400 luxury ready-for-rent villas, using a resort-like style. Each villa includes a swimming pool and three to five bedrooms. Meanwhile, Nakheel has 100 expansive comfortable and private houses. The project will be completed in 2016.
Nakheel has announced awarding the design and engineering supervision contract to Arif & Bintoak for Building and Architectural Consultants.
