Al Mazaya Holding announced the completion of establishment for a single person company under the name of "AL Yamar Kuwaiti Agricultural Company - Sole Shareholder Company" with capital of KWD1 million.

Recently, the holding company announced that its Kuwaiti unit has purchased two investment land plots for total amount of KWD 3.950 million.

Noteworthy, Al Mazaya announced its financial results for first half of 2014, during which it achieved a profit of nearly $11 million compared to $1.5 million during H1-13, recording a 633.3% surge.
