Emaar has said that it will begin selling its first developmental project in Khor Dubai Port. The project, spread over 6.5 million square feet, is developed by Emaar Properties in a partnership agreement with Dubai Holding.

Preliminary residential unit prices are set to range between AED 1500 and AED 1700 per square foot. These units enjoy a panoramic view of Khor Dubai’s waterfront.
