Aldar Properties is currently in the process of building 2295 new residential villas for Abu Dhabi residents over the coming two years, reported Al Etihad newspaper quoting Aldar’s CEO Mohamed Al Mubarak as saying, adding that Aldar has completed around 6800 residences for citizens over the past few years.

Aldar is currently working on building 1000 villas as part of the fifth phase of Al Fellah project, added to 1020 villas on YAS Island and 275 villas in the second phase of Al Ghaneima project in Al Ain, Al Mubarak stated.

Aldar is working on completing the construction of the villas, which will be handed to the competent authorities in Abu Dhabi, who will then hand them to citizens.
