The UAE-based Eshraq Properties said shareholders of record until the close of trading on Thursday, Oct. 30 are eligible for the participation in its capital increase.
The last day to participate in the right subscription is the end of the business day, Thursday, Oct. 28, according to a bourse statement.
The offering will run from Nov. 9 until Nov. 20 to increase capital from AED 1.725 billion to AED 2.325 billion. The AED 600 million increase is divided into 600 million shares at AED 1 par value each.
The real estate developer posted a 45% leap in H1 2014 net earnings to AED 72 million, compared with AED 128.9 million in the year-ago period.
