Dubai Properties (DP) said it is ahead of schedule in the construction of Manazel AlKhor which is part of its Culture Village project.
The real estate developer said it has been working closely with its consultant WSP and engineering contractor Sun Engineering to complete the majority of the substructure phase.
DP added that the construction of the superstructure will be progressing once the remainder of the excavation of the site is wrapped up.
"Manazel AlKhor will be a unique luxury development. We are ahead of schedule according to the approved dates, and are confident we will continue making headway at this current rate,” said Mohammed Al Habbai, chief officer of urban planning and infrastructure at DP.
"Manazel AlKhor has received strong interest from buyers so far and we look forward to delivering this world-class development to them," he noted.
