Saudi Printing and Packaging Co. affirmed that the board, in a meeting held on Oct. 26, approved offering a portion of the shares of wholly-owned Emirates National Factory for Plastic Industries in public and private subscriptions in the UAE.
The company said that it conclude on Thursday, October 30, an agreement with Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) to act as a financial advisor and study the best choices for the share offering.
