Emaar Properties succeeded in selling 240 luxury residential units in its two new towers at Dubai Creek Residence Complex in a matter of hours.
The project is part of the Emaar-Dubai Holding joint project of Dubai Creek, according to Al Khaleej newspaper.
The two new towers are part of a six-tower complex that represents the first phase of the Dubai Creek project in Al Khiran. The towers are situated on the northern waterfront.
