Al Ain Ahlia Insurance Company (AAAIC), listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), has announced selling 18,393 shares worth AED 879.18 THD on Sunday, the Company revealed in a statement, adding that the shares sold represent 0.123% of the Company’s capital.
The sale price per transaction amounted to AED 47.80, while the broker that executed the transactions was NBAD Securities.
It is worth noting that AAAIC had reported a significant leap in net profit during the first half of the year reaching AED 64 million compared to AED 43.3 million during the first six months of 2013, registering a 51% profit surge.
The Company’s capital amounts to AED 150 million at par value AED 10 per share.
