Dar Al-Kawthar Real Estate, a subsidiary of Gulf Investments Group (GIG), has announced launching a project for ready-for-delivery apartments. The project costs $150 million, according to Al Anbaa newspaper.

Another project was recently launched in the Kuwaiti market, the Company’s Vice Chairman Ahmed Al Saffar stated in a press conference, indicating that the project includes residential apartments in Silicon Gate I, II and III projects. The apartments include studios, as well one-, two- and three-room apartments.
