Nakheel Properties will launch today, Tuesday, a total of 1032 retail shops in the UAE in its Warsan Market, as part of the Warsan Village project developed by Nakheel. The shops will be available for one week and cost a total of AED two billion.
The Warsan Market includes more than 1000 retails shops with areas ranging between 250 and 530 square feet added to two large multi-section shops at the beginning and end of the market, which also includes over 30 restaurants and cafes with indoor and outdoor eating areas.
Located on the southwestern corner of International City, Warsan Village is a family-orientated neighbourhood containing 1200 residential units, including 942 three-bedroom modern townhouses. Surrounded by lush green communal areas and connected by long tree-lined avenues, Warsan Village offers residents a unique combination of comfort, convenience, natural beauty and tranquility.
It is worth noting that Nakheel previously announced that all of its units for the Night Souq on Deira Islands have been booked. Nakheel had offered 5300 shops and around 100 restaurants.
