Dubai-Mubasher: Takaful Al Emarat said the extraordinary general meeting, held on Dec. 22, gave the go-ahead for increasing capital by AED 100 million to AED 200 million through offering new shares to current shareholders.
The Abu Dhabi-listed insurer operates with AED 100 million capital, divided into 100 million shares, at AED 1 par value each.
