Kuwait’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) has suspended Gulf Finance House (GFH) for three working days.
The CMA said the lender violated clause 4 of the regulations related to the disclosure of material information.
The market regulator added that GFH failed to duly announce the legal ruling issued against it to pay $45.47 million.
