Union Properties (UP) announced that it broke ground on Phase 3 of Green Community expansion project worth AED 680 million in Dubai Investments Park (DIP).


Wade Adams has been awarded the contract to carry out the enabling work for the project, Emirates News Agency "WAM” reported, adding that the work is scheduled to be finished by the end of the first quarter of 2015. 



It is worth highlighting that Dewan Architects & Engineers is chosen to design the project.


Moreover, Union Properties will appoint the contractor in early February as it aims to complete the project by February 2017.


UP Chairman Khalid bin Kalban said that this new phase is part of the company’s vision to increase the number of luxury residential units.
