Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Waha Capital announced in a filing to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Tuesday, that its Board of Directors will convene on Thursday, January 29, 2015 to discuss the Company’s financials for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014.

According to the latest provided to the ADX, Waha bought a total of 60.162 million shares, with the remaining shares to be bought as part of the Company’s buy-back programme standing at 164.29 million.

Waha’s stock grew by 0.66% during mid-trades on Tuesday to AED 3.05 after 4.25 million shares were traded at a turnover of AED 13 million.
