Dubai-Mubasher: The Oman Insurance Company(OIC) announced in a bourse filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) that the Board of Directors decided to distribute cash dividends of 10% amounting to AED 46.2 million (10 fils per share) for 2013.

The Company decided to hold its Annual General Assmbly Meeting on February 22, 2015 and a second meeting on March 1 in case of an incomplete quorum.

OIC announced its financial results to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) for the fiscal year (FY) ending December 31, 2014, reporting a drop in profit by 7.2%.

The Company’s capital amounts to AED 461.87 million, distributed on 461.87 million shares at AED 1 par value each.
