First Dubai for Real Estate Development revealed that, it has recently sealed a contract with Al Mazaya Real Estate Development Co. 99% -owned by Al Mazaya Holding.

Earlier, First Dubai announced that it has concluded investment contract with related company.

Under the agreement, First Dubai has allocated an amount KWD20 million ($68 million) to be invested in real estate sector, said a bourse filing.

First Dubai for Real Estate Development (known as: FIRSTDUBAI) is a public company, listed on Kuwait Stock Exchange since December,2007.It operates within the real estate sector focusing on diversified real estate activities. It has 3 subsidiaries operating across Afghanistan and Kuwait, working on asset management & custody banking and real estate development.
