Dubai – Mubasher: Financials for Dubai-listed Marka have revealed a net loss of AED 15.7 million ($4.3 million) during the period from June 23, 2014 till December 31, 2014.

Marka’s losses reached AED 13.6 million during the final three months of the year.

Losses per share (LPS) during the last three months reached AED 0.0272, whereas LPS between June 23 and December 31 reached AED 0.0313.

Marka previously announced a net loss of AED 1.28 million between June 23 and August 31, with LPS reached AED 0.0026 during the period.

Since its incorporation on June 23, 2014, Marka has reported AED 537,000 in profits in the form of revenue from interest, the Company said.

The firm was listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Thursday, September 25, 2014. Its capital amounts to AED 500 million divided on 500 million shares at par value AED 1 per share.
