Al Ain Al Ahlia Insurance Co announced in a filing to Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) the appointment of Muhammed Juan Al Badie as Chairman.

In addition, Khalid Mohammed Al Badie is named as the Deputy Chairman, according to the bourse filing.

Worth noting, the company’s net profit surged by 54% to AED 64.95 million during the fiscal year (FY) 2014, compared to AED 42.177 million during FY13.
