Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Commercial Bank International (CBI) has announced in a filing to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Wednesday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will convene on Sunday, 29 March.

The OGM will discuss the Board’s recommendation for a 5% stock dividend reaching nearly 82.73 million shares.

CBI reported a profit of AED 133.5 million ($36.35 million) in 2014 against AED 176.6 million ($48.08 million) in 2013.

CBI’s capital amounts to AED 1.65 billion divided on 1.65 billion shares at par value AED 1 per share.
