Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Fujairah Building Industries Company’s board (FBICO) has recommended a bonus stock dividend representing 7.5% of capital, totalling AED 9.5 million, it said in a filing to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX). Accordingly, the company’s capital will rise to AED 136 million.

FBICO’s capital amounts to AED 126.5 million, divided on 126.5 million shares at par value AED 1 per share.

The ordinary general meeting (OGM) is set to convene on 9 April to discuss financials and approve the dividends, the filing revealed.

FBICO reported a 113.65% leap in its net profits for the year ended 2014, reaching AED 6.18 million ($1.7 million), compared to AED 2.9 million ($790,000) in 2013.
