Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Aviation announced obtaining the approval of shareholders on the distribution of cash dividends for the fiscal year 2014 at 12%, or AED 53.4 million.

Cash distributions for 2014 are 20% higher than the ones endorsed for a year earlier.

The aviation company had distributed 10%, or AED 40.4 million in cash dividends as well as 10% in stock dividends for the fiscal year 2013.

The Abu Dhabi-listed company previously posted AED 244.7 million ($66.6 million) for 2014, compared with AED 223.7 million ($61 million) a year earlier.
