Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi National Co. for Building Materials (BILDCO) shareholders endorsed Sunday the financial statements for the fiscal year 2014, the company said in a bourse filing Monday.

Board members were discharged from liability for the same fiscal year.

BILDCO earlier posted AED 4.73 million in net profits for FY14, against AED 22.4 million in net losses in 2013.
