KAMCO Real Estate Yield Fund (KREYF) has paid 1.7% cash dividends to investors for the period of the fund’s inception until the end of the first quarter of 2015.

KREYF constitutes of five major investments with targeted markets including Bahrain, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

The fund is an open-ended real estate investment fund that follows a return-yielding approach, and is denominated in USD with a variable capital ranging between $18 million to $550 million, according to a statement issued by KAMCO.

“The KREYF is characterized by its prudent investments, aiming to generate steady cash flows during the investment period, via the distribution of quarterly cash dividends,” said Senior Vice President Mounir Samir Ezzeddine.
