Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Shareholders at Abu Dhabi-listed Al Buhaira National Insurance Co. (ABNIC) approved the company’s financials for the fiscal year 2014 and decided to withhold dividends for the year and postpone them to FY15.

ABNIC previously reported a 268.4% leap in its net profits for 2014, reaching AED 38.2 million ($10.4 million) compared to AED 10.37 million ($2.8 million) in 2013.
