Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Shareholders of Abu Dhabi Ship Building Co. (ADSB) gave a nod Thursday to the board’s proposal for withholding dividends for the fiscal year 2014.

Shareholders also endorsed financial statements and the board’s report for the same FY.

The ship builder previously logged AED 131.7 million loss in 2014, versus AED 51.36 million profits a year earlier.
