United Development Company (UDC) announces that the company have signed a sale and purchase agreement for forty-seven (47) land plots in the Costa Malaz precinct at The Pearl-Qatar, with a strategic partner for the value of QR1,446,924,866 (one billion, four hundred forty-six million, nine hundred twenty four thousand, eight hundred sixty six Qatari Riyals).
